Go to solution Solved by Queen Chrysalis,

This would play all of those games at an extremely high framerate at 1440p, which with a desktop is probably the resolution you're gonna want anyway.

If you really are good with just 1080p, either of these GPUs would be more than adequate to for all of that (even at 1440p those games don't need much GPU power), but comparatively the 6700xt would still be a better value (but if you aren;t playing new AAAs at 1440p, the 6700xt would be overkill):

PowerColor Fighter Radeon RX 6600 8 GB Video Card (AXRX 6600 8GBD6-3DH) - PCPartPicker

XFX Speedster SWFT 210 Core Radeon RX 6650 XT 8 GB Video Card (RX-665X8DFDY) - PCPartPicker

The iGPU in your laptop, while good for an iGPU, is extremely weak compared to any dedicated GPU, so you'd be shocked how well the games will run on any dGPU.

1. Budget & Location: $US 4500-ish / 45000 SEK. Sweden

2. Aim: It will mainly be used for gaming with some video recording(powerpoints) and editing.

2.1. List of games: Minecraft, Black Desert Online, World of Warcraft, Europa Universalis 4 (with MEIOU and Taxes v3.0), Runescape and Medieval Total War 2.

3. Monitors: I have 2 1080p monitors, but I might get another one in the future.

4. Peripherals: I guess I need a windows OS

5. Why are you upgrading?: I want something that preforms better than my laptop: AMD Ryzen 7 4700U with Radeon Graphics 2.00 GHz and 8 gb ram.

The ram is quite overpriced, i would just cut the RGB and properly save 100 $, here in germany you can even get a 32 gb 3600 RGB memory kit for 90 € every other day. You properly save some extra money with going with a 5600 (non-X) and just enabling PBO which more or less turns it into a 5600X. The Cooler also is overkill for that CPU, i would go with something smaller (like the Deepcool AK400 or the Thermalright Assassin X 120) but if you want a quiet PC its a good option, but if you want to save some money take a look at price of the Deepcool AK620 or the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120.

That PC will be a bit overkill for 1080p (maybe a small CPU bottleneck) so i would get a 1440p or if you like even a 1440p ultrawide monitor to bring out the full potential and get better visuals. Maybe the saving suggestions i gave can get you at least some of the way to a 1440p monitor.

Dont get a key from Microsoft directly, just get a OEM key for 15 $ .

Frankly, with your workload I'd rethink your budget.  45,000 SEK is really too much for anything. With 1080p monitors and your workload I'd spend like 12,000 SEK at the very most, or if you intent on spending like 25,000 SEK, get a really nice 1440p165Hz monitor with it.

Also, use the Swedish version of PCPartPicker so you can see proper local prices.
