450D stock fan ticking noise

So i recently moved my PC into a new home( 450D) and one of the fans makes a loud ticking noise even when im holding it so its not vibration. 

Anyone experienced this before? easy to fix? or should i send the fan back

two of the fans actually ones just much louder than the other

This was common in their SP/ AF series as well especially with the low noise adapter. I had hoped that they would have fixed this by now. :/ 
I'm not sure how one would fix this issue.

The fan's cable might interfere with the fan.

Its not that but im just going to put on the floor and play loud music :P. im planing on getting blue fans anyway. other than this though i really like the case 8/10
