Help with Lenovo M93p ThinkCentre BIOS Flash

Heya all, 

 

Whilst back flashing my BIOS in Lenovo to an older version, my power died...

 

Wondered if someone can help me I have a BIOS programmer and NEO and AS programmers on my machine.   

 

I need to reflash the memory on my 2x BIOS chips.  

 

they are Winbond 25064FV S10| 1427 models. However, when i try flashing them. When i connect the board power the connection to the chips doesn't work but they do with it off, via the USB which is weird, anyway I tried flashing the below BIOS FBKTE0A but within the software, there are 2 files below, the first chip (left) has a size of 8000kb, but the right chip has a size of 4000kb, 

 

I have also tried to add my NVME module into it via UEFItool and added it inafter the USBvfs module but I am not sure if i am extracting the Body correctly or if i need the entire ROM. I really need a hand to understand what I am doing wrong. & how to fix it. How do I chop up these files the older CAP bios file had no additional bin, but the latest version is a ROM and BIN. I am lost.

I also find an older version of the BIOS too which is a CAP files.

Thats not your pc so it won't work.

 

All the bios files you are downloading are for a different computer so of course it won't work

So which are the bios files I need to work on please
