Glasfiber to standard telephone cable.

I got Glasfiber to my house but i have 4p telephone cable in my walls. There is a modem that makes Glasfiber signals to CAT 7. Can i use my telephone cable ore i must put CAT 7 in my walls.

you can only run 10mbit over 4 pin telephone wire.
You don't want to do that.

You'd want to upgrade to cat6.  (not cat 7)
