Cpu pillows still processing die to promotion?
Coordinating the giveaway has taken significantly longer than planned; sorry for any trouble that this might be causing.
The biggest reason for this is because, by Canadian law, when we select giveaway winners we have to contact them and have them answer a skills test question (usually a math problem of some kind). Everybody needs to be given a reasonable amount of time to do that. Then, when a few people inevitably don't reply within the deadline we need to be able to select additional winners, which is why everybody's order needs to be held until the entire giveaway is completed.
We do have some ideas for how we might streamline this process if/when we do future giveaways. Lots of lessons being learned, etc. etc. Just know that your feedback on this is being heard loud and clear.
The good news is that we're almost done and I expect to be able to give the go ahead to ship any remaining unfulfilled orders next week.
