For movie special features, how can I auto-name them for Plex and Jellyfin?

Is there a way to name all the special features on my DVD, Blu-ray, and 4K discs? I have Plex and Jellyfin, but neither can identify them automatically. These files need to be hand-named, but I have no clue what they all are.

They rarely have titles even in the video files. The only way I can see them is going through the disc menu in a player, but that's not efficient.

 

Ideally, there'd be some app I could run that fingerprints them or at least identifies "This is disc X. Here are the titles of each file of special features." Something as simple as that would be enough for me even if it requires some manual copy-pasting.

If there is a program like this, it would save me literally weeks of work trying to go through each file for my 150+ movie discs I've ripped this week to get my entire collection on Plex.

There's an app, FileBot, which I'd gladly pay for, but it can't name any of my special features, and I have to properly name the video file too, so I gave up on using it.
