Keyboard shortcuts not working.

I don't know what I've done.

 

I haven't installed anything recently. But my keyboard shortcuts for things like my discord toggle mute (CTRL + SHIFT + =) isn't working. Neither are any of my NVIDIA Overlay keybinds apart from ALT-Z to open the overlay.

 

I don't really know what steps to take to troubleshoot this issue. Any advice would be really appreciated.
