Xiaomi Smart Pen Alternatives

Hi,

Anyone recommend any cheaper alternatives to the Xiaomi Smart Pen (UK)? I don't want to spend £90 on an advanced stylus that I don't even know how much I'll use😂but I've read that the Pad 5 authenticates if they're real (no idea if this is true)?
