Is there a way to undervolt past .700v in MSI afterburner

for my dell xps 9520 with rtx 3050ti, I was able to undervolt the gpu to .700v and 1410Mhz (can go higher till 1550Mhz) and am pull around 33-36w, is this a good undervolt, or is it possible to reduce the voltage more? If you can reduce the voltage further, is there a limit before it harms the gpu?
