This was my first build....And the crazy tale of how it all came about

SmokinSoldierMC

So it started and kinda got outta hand. I have a youtube channel and while editing i always seen temps of like 80-98 on things and throttling majorly so i decided to start with a getting a Thremalright Peerless Assassin 120 cpu cooler set up and it changed the quality of life totally on the pc, dropped to 30-35 during idle and running at 60-70 during full load on a i7-8700 running at 4.12 over all cores. i was happy but i started getting the itch......and i think we all know what "Itch" im talking about. I then started to notice power was right at max for power supply, so i naturally upgrade to the Corsair Rm850x fully modular set up and bam solved the power issue but now i had a new problem....it didnt fit in the box anymore so i then tried to fit it in another box i had. still didnt work. So i saw at a local store they had a great sale a Corsair 4000D case for 99$. Easy choice. Legit best 100$ spent, i also grabbed a set of LL120 ICUE fans to go in the front like i cant thro 80mm from other set ups right its gotta be RGB like if not why build it right?  so then I started the combination process of taking a old and making the new. so then we got it together and i noticed even with cooler temps new case and new fans my old 1070 gpu just wasnt enough anymore for editing and rendering properly. so now it came to the part we all hate cuz of the cost BUT ive had a old go pro 9 black full set up tha i figured lets try face book market place for a trade. So after 4 days of msging everyone with a 3060 3060ti or around that price range i found nothign at all........ i then at 9:30 pm found a 3070ti Founders Edition that this old guy had and he didnt use and wanted a go pro for his boat. We made a straight trade go pro 9 black for a 3070ti lightly used. I mean would any of us say no to this... its more then fair for both..... so i then put it all together and i hear everyone talk about minecraft on PC some i went out to walmart and bought so figures and figured id try playing minecraft on pc... How did i do?

Im super happy how it turned out and figured if anywhere would appreciate what i went thru to get this together it would be here.

Have a good day and thanks for reading!! you are all awesome.

(Fyi all the story is true except i didnt go to walmart for figures i already have them because Minecraft is very important but MineCraft meme)

fresh build Corsair Airlfow 4000D (my fav case for air cooling set ups) i5-12600k 12th gen (fav everyday chip) paired with a  msi pro - z690-a ddr mobo , 3070ti FE and 32gb ddr4, Thermalright twin air cooler (for 50$ on amazon its well worth the money) and all the RGB i could fit.

i posted just a funny bench mark result of my build that i finshed and that i uploaded a week ago but some mod got upset and removed it because they dont consider benchmarking posts a part of build logs but ok please explain how benckmark results arent part of a "BUILD LOG" but sure lets go with that.

I finshed the build and didnt Oc at all just stock and i mean im pretty happy with the numbers. Its perfectly Perfect!1968669387_UnigineHeaven4.0demoScreenshot2023_04.09-03_15_57_82.thumb.png.b3c42068524848aca475fe2d9914c193.pngIMG_4469.thumb.JPG.7b500e57ace22bb84c020c44b554c76f.JPG
