Micro Stuttering problem (Any program or app recommendations for troubleshooting?)

Hello, Chris here.
Recently I acquired a new SSD with more capacity than the one I was using. I didn't want to delete all my data and install Windows again, so I cloned my old SSD to the new one. The cloning process went without a problem, but after booting the system with the new SSD, my PC started to have micro stuttering everywhere, even in the Windows Home Screen, and when I booted a game (in this case Valorant and TFT), my graphics card drivers started to crash (I use an NVIDIA GTX 1060 3GB). I tried updating my GPU drivers, reinstalling them, installing Windows again and reinstalling the old SSD as well and didn't solve the problem at all.
Any recommendations on what program can help me or where should I check in my hardware to find the source of the problem?
