PC Monitor Glitch/Fault

I've been using an LG 27GL83A four around a month and it's developed a fault. Whilst gaming the screen will frequently 'glitch' and eventually it will just die and look completely corrupted. I've attached video of the random glitchs that occur and a picture of what the screen looks like once it dies. I've been using it as a monitor for my PS5 using a HDMI cable but the same thing occurs when I connect it to my laptop using a USB C to DP cable. I have the monitor running at 1440p and 120fps with FreeSync turned off.

Has anyone encoutner a similar issue and found a fix or is this just dead? Any help would be appreciated.
