Games crashes immediately upon starting

Hi,

 

Since upgrading from a 980TI to a RX 6700 XT, I've noticed that certain games wont open like : Factorio, Dayz, Elden ring. For good measure, I cleaned the old driver before installing the new one.

 

my rig : 

 

Computer Type: Desktop

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X

Motherboard: GIGABYTE B550 AORUS PRO

RAM: 2x Crucial Ballistix 3600 MHz DDR4 DRAM Desktop Gaming Memory Kit 32GB (16GBx2) CL16 BL2K16G36C16U4B

PSU: GIGABYTE GP-P850GM 850 W ATX 12V v2.31 80 PLUS GOLD

Operating System & Version: Microsoft Windows 10 Home

GPU Drivers: Adrenalin Edition Version 23.2.2

 

Does anyone have an idea if my suspicion that the issue is related to the GPU/AMD driver is valid?
