Subscription Issues Recently?

I had been subscribed to Tech Tips via YouTube for years and recently realized I was seeing no videos; I think just in the last couple weeks. I checked on YouTube and it showed I was not subscribed. I haven't commented for a while so I didn't break any rules and anyway, I'd not comment anything that could get me in trouble. What happened? A fluke?

If you didn't unsub yourself, a fluke would be the most likely cause, yes.

That being said, if more people are facing the same issue I'd bet money on YouTube just being YouTube and silently testing some new "feature" or something along those lines.

Better to be unsubscribed without knowing than being subscribed without knowing (the latter raises more eyebrows)

My issue with YouTube, is I am subscribed but it never recommends any ltt videos. I do get lmg clips, short circuit and techlinked recommendations though.

This sounds like issue with Youtube and/or your payment processor. So probably check with your bank or handler first. I'm not sure how much control LMG or any other creator has over who gets to pay them money through Youtube. Blocking from commenting etc. is different thing. You could still pay them, even if you were not allowed to interact other than view.

 

But as whole, you should subscribe through Floatplane instead. Same content, better terms.
