Windows sometimes open without startup apps

Hey! 

sometimes when I open my PC, windows will not start the startup apps (like almost everything, like Nvidia, Intel drivers one and more)

then the computer also doesn't work properly. when I do right click + refresh the monitor loses picture for a sec.

I then have, in this case, to restart the computer and things work well again.

 

I don't see any windows updates.

any ideas on how to solve this?

System: Windows 10, 64-bit

Motherboard: Asus TUF Gaming b660m-plus wifi d4, Latest BIOS

GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

CPU: Intel i5-12400

RAM: 32GB (16x2), 3600 speed

PSU: Corsair CX750F, 750 Wattage

3 storage of 3 generations: NvMe, older SSD and HDD

And lots, lots of fan

If you can get the CMD, run it as admin and try "SFC /scannow". This will check for any integrity issues within the OS. If it says it found some but cant repair it, you can also try DISM commands to fix it (i forget these off the top of my head but google is your friend). If either of these dont work, third option would be to download a windows ISO of the latest update online, and reinstall from there. It wont lose you any data (though a backup is surely a safe thing to do) and should repair anything causing issues.
