What are these connectors (ASRock A520M-ITX/ac)

I have this board and was wondering what the two circled connectors could be. They're not mentioned in the manual at all. I couldn't find more details on this. Could the left be some sort of debug header?

What markings are on the board at those connectors?

Yep, if not marked on the board or mentioned in the manual it'll be factory use headers.
