How to update GPU drivers through AMD Software?

Upper right of the Radeon software "Home" page.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Normally this way right on the first page the Radeon software opens up with, top right corner. If this is missing, a windows update has botched the AMD drivers again and you'll have to DDU them and reinstall from scratch downloading the latest driver package version from the AMD website.
