Hello,

I bought a new PC, I tried to install Windows 10 but setup always give blue screen error, I tried to update BIOS but after the update PC always stays on black screen but case is working light and fans in.

I tried to remove battery for 15 minutes nothing happened. What should I go? The motherboard is gone now? Motherboard is MSI Tomahawk Z690 DDR4.

Thank you.

Tried to update Flash option on BIOS page.

Do you have another PC nearby and a flash drive?

I'm asking if you have another PC around and a flash drive. That motherboard has a Flash BIOS button on the back of it where your I/O is located. If you plug a flash drive into the appropriate USB port for that feature(if it's required), it should re-flash the BIOS. But you'll need to obviously first copy the BIOS over to the flash drive.

That motherboard has a designated USB port for the Flash BIOS function.

You'll need to use that one for the feature to work.
