Standby Memory keeps nearly maxing out my memory usually sits over 17gb

So I've been having issues with my pc for nearly few weeks now, something doesn't seem right, in games I drop frames but not highly noticeable and Standby Memory keeps nearly maxing out my memory usually sits over 17gb Ill use call of duty as an example for this, On a good avg fps stays 190 when people with same rig hit way higher but drops down to 140 a lot. I do stream however using Duel setup Ive tried to sort this out myself but still learning internal sided for pc

specs of rig are -

GPU - MSI 3070ti

CPU - Ryzen 9 5900x

Ram - Patriot viper 4 ddr4 32gb 3000mhz

Motherboard - MSI gaming plus x570

Windows 11 Pro 22H2

Anymore information needed I can add if needed

I dont know whether its google translate fucking you over or it is you, but we dont use airquotes to add details, its parentheses. Anyway.

Temperatures under load? Which "benchmarking" videos are you watching to get your performance figures here? Is all drivers (GPU in particular) all updated? What is running in the background while youre in game? Also what do you use to cool the CPU?

Video wise mainly seen people with something close to my cpu but always have same gpu, Gpu temps only hit max 65 Celsius, GPU driver is on 528.02 since was suggest to stay on it for now. CPU is cooled with a Noctua DH15 so overall temps both GPU and CPU stay below 75, and the only things running when I game is opera gx, discord, voicemeter and open resource monitor so I can see how high standby mem reaches

I have had it before, Stopped using it can't remember why, Let me give it a test real quick

Edit:

Tested with ISLC with real match and Benchmark with call of duty. tested only with call of duty as main game that had issues with major drops

Settings with ILSC used

free memory set to - 16344

1000ms poll rate

wanted timer - 0.50

Settings of game are Low settings

Live match Medium/small maps - lowest 180, Highest 275

Live Match Larger sized map - lowest 145, Highest 222 - Had 1 stutter during the game

Benchmark - Average 193, Low 5th 153, Low 1st 139. - CPU avg- 231, GPU avg - 211

Edit: after awhile fps tends to drop lower

I still don't get what's the issue here unless you want to break records in fps numbers, at which point Windows 11 was a bad move to begin with. Do not compare numbers on the internet unless you absolutely play on the same machine and the same stock settings on a fresh copy of windows with stock MS drivers. I am not sure what you mean by standby usage, I'd shut down the system properly to clear the cache. Also don't use hibernation. Both features are pointless on SSDs these days. The streaming stuff aside, you are playing online, so that adds tons of factors like your location in relation to the server, server load, players on the server and their connection latency, overall network load, background tasks, recording software and stats...... So in the end, can you play the game? If the answer is yes, then there is no issue. If you want to optimize your system, start removing all background tasks that may interfere with you gaming. Also don't compare performance in online games. Choose offline games for that.

i agree, almost sounds like OP expects stable framerates when they run unlocked 🤔

edit: so ISLC fixed it? that was the one thing that seemed apparent from the OP, glad that helped. 👍
