Is this a normal/fresh Windows install?  Or did you move the NVMe drive from another computer?

Not saying this will fix it, but please verify the following, so that we can rule out some things:

  1. Verify Windows is up-to-date... based on your Blue Screen Of Death (BSOD) info, I think your Windows 10 install is out-of-date by quite a bit
  2. Verify your motherboard has the lastest BIOS/UEFI which was just released in November '22 and makes changes to resizable bar (graphics) stuff.
  3. Also verify you have the latest chipset drivers for your motherboard (also released in November of '22)
  4. Go through the rest of the motherboard drivers on your motherboard page and make sure you have updated to the latest ones (LAN drivers, audio drivers, etc.)
  5. Check Samsun Magician to make sure your NVMe drive firmware is up-to-date.
  6. After all of that, update your graphics drivers to the latest version

Report back and let us know how it's going!

PC Crashing to desktop and occasionally blue screening. Happens fastest on Doom Eternal, and all the solutions to crashing I've found on the internet haven't helped. I built it myself, using pc part picker just in December. Crash report I just got from playing Doom Eternal, that gave me a blue screen and I had to shut my PC off manually to fix it:

Does this happen in mostly GPU or CPU bound games?

Can be a myriad of things, but if it happens during gaming its usually around the GPU, though it could be other things as well.

Are you running some kind of overclock? are you running separate cables to the 8pin power inputs on the gpu?
You built it in December, have you had problems for a long time or just recently?

need more info to help.

I'm not sure, I think I've only ever played graphically demanding games on it so far.

Not running any overclocks that I'm aware of. I'm running 3 seperate 8pin power cables, directly from the power supply to the graphics card. Been having these problems since I built it, returned the graphics card cause I thought that was causing it and got a replacement one. I also replaced the power supply because I assumed it was that, seeing as swapping the graphics card for a replacement, but it didn't do anything.

Turn off XMP, see if that helps ~

all, good tips too... i have a feeling if none of that helps (plus no XMP, BIOS default settings...) it could also be PSU, just a hunch, but it doesn't necessarily have to crash completely to be an issue...

but yeah typically stuff like this is  BIOS/ driver related or RAM

Jfyi my windows install is quite a bit out of date, 3-4 years or something,  no crashes etc whatsoever, actually performance is a bit above what it should be in most benchmarks etc... bios is semi up to date, chipset also (dec 22)... i feel those are actually more important than win update,  but that can also help in niche cases obviously 😀

Number 2 solved it, the newest version is version F21 and the one installed was F5.
