Windrstat is a program that shows what files take up the most space and where, a 240GB SSD isn't very big so regardless of if you pull stuff off of it it will probably just fill right back up. Might as well upgrade it or add another storage drive to the system. It would be more beneficial than trying to clean off a couple programs to fit more stuff.

Windows inbuiilt Add & Remove Programs for installed softwares.
Windows Explorer, Sort by File Size for files.

Doing that and clearing temps get you prob 10gb  of free space and uninstall unused softwere if you want use  Windirstat to analyse what is using that space in your drive. 

And change the location of documents, videos and download folder to a differant drive if you have any
