Is this a normal CPU temp?

Pretty sure that's something else... that is, unless you're living in an arctic country

 

correction: rather cold climate, obviously not arctic. i'm stretching too far

Sitting at idle my cpu runs at 35C.

Web surfing it hit 37-39C

Gaming I can hit up to 48-50C

 

I see nothing wrong with your 30C. Pending on your CPU and Cooler setup, I say you doing well.

What's your CPU? Intel chips don't heat much idle, AMD have an higher base value which is calculated as the probably higher temp on a chip often in the 40C range 

And what's your ambient temp?

Could also be AIO fluid temp which is low

Well its an intel stock cooler so not the best but then again its an intel duo 2 cpu lmao

Yeah thats not a hot processor, your temps are fine.
