Strange Fluid in PC

I opened up my PC and was working on it today and when I took my hand out I had sole black grease like substance on my hands. Seemed like some kind of lubricant. My PC is AIO cooled and I removed the AIO fan prior to noticing the build of of material which was decently considerable. Code red? How bad an issue could this be? I was handling other parts so it could be spread around now.

Interesting, well if you find more, give us a detailed description, photo of substance and location where found.

Hopefully. Thinking it might have been caked up dust I misidentified tbh.
