Cuda errors and EXPO profiles not booting

Ok so basically last week i built a new rig

 

7950x

128gb 5200 DDR5 corsair

MSI 4090 suprim liquid

MSI meg 1300 psu

 

Upon boot i go to run octane bench and vray bench and sometimes it will work but mostly i will recieve a cuda error/optix error. I have done so may driver wipes and installs and have no idea where to go next
