650W minimum for that, 750W good, 850 to 1000W to be safe.

Find which models are available to you and out of those close the one that's best ranked on the PSU cultist tier list that fits your color scheme of your system.

Yup, you can also check out the cultists list for more options, but it ranks very high on there already.

Arctic has fivepacks, one of those could be a bit cheaper.

Isn't 750w safe?  If it's good, it would be safe, no?

For 650w as well, if it's minimum then it's safe too.

Not sure why you're advocating 1000w when 650w is recommended.

MSI A850G or Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 TT Premium would be best option, They have decent price and availability. 750W could work, But 850W is recommended, Absolutely not get 650W! Estimated Wattage of your system is 687W (Acording to PCPartPicker that is 99% correct) and recommended wattage is at least 100W above that. That would put you at 787W. 750W could work, But better be safe, So go for 850W unit.

https://pcpartpicker.com/products/power-supply/#sort=price&J=1,2

There are some other options on PCPartPicker, I have applied filter and any of those will be good quality and work, But this two I mentioned is best quality for price.

Reason for recommending those is that they come with PCIE 12+4 Pin cable than 4070 ti requires, Corsair RM850x does not support PCIE5 connector, You can use adapter that comes with 4070 ti, But RM850X comes with only two PCIE 8 pin cable while 4070 ti requires 3, You'll be buying extra cable, Hence spending extra money and still have ugly octupus adapter in system.

Also if you are in USA simply get Asus TUF GAMING GeForce RTX 4070 Ti, Do not waste money in OC variants and such marketing sh!t. MSI GAMING X TRIO GeForce RTX 4070 Ti  can also be ok, Because it ain't too expensive and it is OCed variant.

Whatever well tested and reviewed PSU would be fine but to clear up some misinformation, the RM850x includes 3 PCIe cables in the box. Corsair also sells their 12V8PWR cable negating the need to use the adapter though it should also be said there is nothing wrong with the adapter.

2018 variant was including 3 cables, 2021 variant includes 2 cables.

Corsair cable costs 20$, 135$+20$=155$.

MSI A850G and Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 TT Premium, 850W units cost 160$. I really don't see any reason to get Corsair RM850X over those.

Using adapter is okay, But it is also ugly.

The Renegade has a part of the storage dedicated to provisioning, measures some 30GB less. it's a bit more durable.
