You could remove the GPU and put it back in it's box inside the case, also put fragile stickers all over the case

Put the video card in it's box, but what if I no longer have the anti-static bag.

I would take out the graphics card and put it in its own box, and if you have a tall heatsink for your CPU, I would remove that as well.

Case: Corsair Vengeance C70 Gunmetal Black CPU: i7-4770k Cooler: Corsair H100i RAM: 8gb Corsair Vengeance Pro GPU: ASUS Direct CUII 770 MOBO: Asus Maximus VI Hero PSU: EVGA Supernova 1000 G2

I am not sure what you can do then, as long as the foam around the case is good, you can leave it in the PCI slot. You can also wrap the case in bubble wrap to absorb any unneeded collisions.

If you graphics card is heavy, like my ASUS GTX 770 DCU II, which is VERY heavy, it could snap off (ouch!) The hard and optical drives have moving parts so you have to be careful with them, take them out. That's all you need to take out.

I don't take static very seriously, I think it's fine if you put the GFX in a card board box like the one it comes from. Paper isn't very conductive.
