is 16+1 60 amps enough for OC and tweaking on the 13900KS

i need to be 10000% sure that the Asus Prime Z790-A Wifi can deliver enough power. ive heard from the same guy multible times and he continue to say, it wont be enough for Sustain 6 ghz frequency etc he told me, it might be ok for gaming, it might. and ive heard from others that the motherboard will have no problem keeping the 13900KS under load and oc tweaking. anyone who can confirm? If this M/B cant do this what do you suggest that is white/ white ish and has ddr5
