My Laptop doesn't detect my monitor with correct drivers configured and installed. Please may I have Help?

Envixity1

I am using HDMI and my graphics card is an Intel HD 4000 (ancient, i know) but it is not detecting the second monitor whatsoever. I have tried: - Resetting the Hard Drive, - Reinstalling Drivers - Tried VGA and HDMI.

Looking for some help,

Thank you.

There are typically key combo presses to enable external monitors...perhaps your system is old enough to require that?

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.

Full system specs of both laptop and monitor.

When did this issue start? In other words, was it working, and then stopped, or never worked?
