I ran a memory diagnostic and nothing was wrong. I checked task manager to see if maybe too many things are running also nothing was wrong. I ran a virus check and it was safe. idk what to do anymore pls help. My specs are very good i have 32 gb ram and a 3060 with a 1tb nvme that still has 700 gb free and an I7.

Based on what I read here, and I would want to save you some time, There are things I could suggest you do but I think getting it to a professional for help would be the best thing for you and your time.

If that's not an option, here is what you need to do. First,  you need to list your specs fully and correctly down to every model and number. This will able you and everyone else to be able to help. After that, find out and then better explain the nature of the problem. What do you mean by "slowing down" exactly and specifically? Is it unusually low framerate in games? Is it slow file transfer? Is it the boot time of the OS and the software or the time to excute a command? any other thing?...

Then You will have to determain if you're facing a hardware or a software problem. The way to do that is to remove software complications one by one, and then swap hardware parts one by one. But that would be later down the line. My guess would be that you have a software issue, could be a bloatware, a virus, a registry problem,... If you know how to reset your bios to  defaul and change your OS with a clean and fresh install of windows, do that.

Good luck
