I need a new desk

It's gotta be big, possibly have a corner, has cabinets, and has room for feet. I heard IKEA makes the best desks. What should I get?

Current Rig: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, Abit IN9-32MAX nForce 680i board, Galaxy GT610 1GB DDR3 gpu, Cooler Master Mystique 632S Full ATX case, 1 2TB Seagate Barracuda SATA and 1x200gb Maxtor SATA drives, 1 LG SATA DVD drive, Windows 10. All currently runs like shit :D

1. Ikea does not make the best desks. They make good desks for the money tho.

I gotta admit, that desk was good looking. But I was just at an IKEA 80 miles away from me and I don't want to go back there just to get a desk.

I won't say that Ikea makes the best desks, but they make a decent desk.

I needed a new desk few weeks ago and decided on building one from the parts at IKEA, it turned out very nice but at a price, I could of got a basic small desk for about £40 but I need more desk space these days with 2 24" monitors and now my Rig on the desk instead of beside the desk.  

 

You don't need to spend a fortune when buying a desk but it worth getting the desk that you will be working on for a long time the first time compared to buying a cheap desk and finding out its to small or to low/high for your needs.  Best idea is plan out your room/work area before you buy anything, measure every thing you need so your new large desk will fit where you going to sit.
