I’ve seen plenty 120mm and 140mm fans but are there any smaller sizes?

Yes, but the smaller you get, the louder they are.  It used to be they were almost always 80mm.

Router:  Intel N100 (pfSense) WiFi6: Zyxel NWA210AX (1.7Gbit peak at 160Mhz)
WiFi5: Ubiquiti NanoHD OpenWRT (~500Mbit at 80Mhz) Switches: Netgear MS510TXUP, MS510TXPP, GS110EMX
ISPs: Zen Full Fibre 900 (~930Mbit down, 115Mbit up) + Three 5G (~800Mbit down, 115Mbit up)
Upgrading Laptop/Desktop CNVIo WiFi 5 cards to PCIe WiFi6e/7

Of course, those are just two sizes of many, what size do you need? 200mm? 180mm? 92mm? 80mm? 60mm? 40mm? There's tons of common sizes in various thicknesses. 80mm used to be the most common size.

20 years ago the case fan standard was 80mms,Today its 120/140mm.I'd never want 80mms again they are loud and don't even move the same air a 140mm can.

I have a little 92mm 4000RPM ripper that blows as hard, or harder than a 140mm iPPC 3K 😄

It also removes flesh if you get too close, and it will blow your header if you hot plug it 🙂

AMD R7 5800X3D | Thermalright Aqua Elite 360, 3x TL-B12, 2x TL-K12
Asus Crosshair VIII Dark Hero | 32GB G.Skill Trident Z @ 3733C14
Zotac 4070 Ti Trinity OC @ 3045/1495 | WD SN850, SN850X
Seasonic Vertex GX-1000 | Fractal Torrent Compact, 2x TL-B14
