So I recently installed a new 500GB WD SSD. I got steam and 1 game around 80GB, nothing else. Now when I try to install another game its showing that the drive is full. When I go to my File Manager and click this PC its saying the drive has 7GB left. The disk management screen also isn't showing anything wrong. The partitions look normal to me but this drive is definitely not full.

Use a tool like TreeSize (TreeSize Free | JAM Software (jam-software.com)) to check your disk usage by folder. Maybe you have downloaded some big files you forgot about. By careful when you delete files you don't know.

Run "Disk Cleanup" windows util to remove temporary files and run it as administrator to cleanup old windows installations (=major windows updates).

Windows itself is probably 25gb too, have you actually looked into the drive and see what files are on there and how large they are? nothing on that screen says its full.
