BF4-loading

i have a problem, BF4 is a really big game (from the data), and so are the laoding times but i saw that my game is loading with a max rate of 10MB/s

someone knows why its not faster, my drives ist used that much so..

It's not reading straight off of the disk sequentially, it is randomly, which means that the reading arm has to move a lot in order to read the data.

deffragment ur drive...it should make some difference...

If you want faster level loading times, put game on SSD. Makes huge difference.

i think the first answer is the most logical one, that it is not seequential. that makes sense

I have the game installed on my 840 evo ssd. I would say loading the next level takes between 5 and 10 seconds. I am normally first in so get my pick of vehicles :3 (little bird ftw)

Same in our TS. Its like Me: "Which jet you wanna take this time?" "Idk, you pick" and then both fly to get enemy jets/choppers/anything down.

yeah I have actually sometimes just taken a jet over to the enemies carrier/base jump out there and nick their scout chopper
