Advice on my first M.2

Looking to get a M.2, main application would be for the boot drive and for some video game storage.

Got a B450 Tomahawk, which I believe is PCIe 3

Looking to spend less than $200 dollars

Ideally, it should have 1tb - 2tb

 

I just don't know what I should get, there are a lot of them on the market and I don't know what would be appropriate for my needs.

I haven't used them all but from experience I can say my Western digital blue nvme and WD blue m.2 sata have been really solid, not the top performers in there class but reliable, I know atm the 1tb nvme is about $150 on amazon not sure what the regular m.2 is going for right now

Actually check this out, I just looked on the WD sight and the 1TB m.2 NVME is $70 

Its not a top performing speed nvme but near twice the speed of a regular m.2 ssd

Looks like there having a pretty cool sale on the site, you can even get WD black 2TB for just under $200

QLC is perfectly fine for ssds.
