Please help me build my first ever pc

Country: Canada

Games that it will be used for: I'm going to be playing games like rocket league, FIFA, genshin, apex, Minecraft and Roblox i will be using it for other stuff down the line i hoping this can last 5-7 years.

Other details: I would like to play in 1080p or 1440p 120+ fps I do not mind buying used components i do not have a monitor so the 1000 is the pc and monitor together and for now this is what im thinking of doing

btw the reason i chose the other monitor is because they are bot the same price but the one i choseis better with 165 hz and higher nitt
