If you have the specialized equipment needed for that sort of very fine soldering, and the skills to do so, assuming there's no firmware shenanigans it's likely technically possible.

 

Practically... no, not feasible. 

Hi! I was looking at buying my self a older macbook pro 2019 16 inch with 4 thunderbolt 3 ports. and I was wondering, if its possible, could i desauter the memory and storage and upgrade it?
