Problem with ram on b550m pro

I have received a pc for Christmas and having trouble with display. Inside the pc there is a debug led dram. I am starting to think some parts are not Compatible with the Motherboard. The specs are ASUS GTX 1660 TI, RYZEN 5 5500 and Concoir Vengeance Lpx ram. Please help

What slots are the RAM installed in? Is this a prebuilt or did someone build this to gift you?

If you feel comfortable, can you remove just one stick of ram and try turning on the computer?

Do you know if the motherboard BIOS was updated to support the 5500?? It may need a BIOS update first.

Yep. I removed one ram stick and still the same thing happened as before. no display and dram light is still on

You'll need to follow page 46 of the manual and update the BIOS using a USB thumb drive.

Thank you. Im going away for the weekend and wont be able too run the bios update. ill reply when I get back home.
