Personally I don't use 3rd party solutions to do anything with drivers. IObits software is good, though. Most driver updates you can check on manufacturer site anyway. I've noticed that some software think that incompatible drivers that are newer should be installed.

My onboard network driver seems to update like every other week which seems kind of strange.  But I have ran into zero problems with this software.  If anything it has been a blessing because I am lazy as hell.

How would I know if they are incompatible? I have an Intel i5 4670K if that would help.

I've had this with windows updates so I don't know if IObits is more accurate. But I mean that for example drivers have different version for 32bit or 64bit. Or that there's different version for Vista, win7 and win8. Thats why I prefer using manufacturers site and doing it manually. Your CPU doens't have effect on these. Its either OS or version/model of hardware the driver is for.

Which ones are the safest to install?

Where would I find these on Intel's site?

... You don't need driver for CPU. You need them for chipset, land and maybe for integrated gpu. Those you get from motherboards site. Other things shown on that pic aren't really needed or are installed as chipset driver. That depends on mobo really. Some like ROG boards have driver for everything.

Ok I found them. But I can only find 2 drivers under chipset.

Then one must be newer. Check release date and version numbers. Like I said earlier, chipset driver is package that includes PCIe etc drivers.
