What cooling is this?

On this 660ti, I would assume reference cooling? Do you think it would be any what loud? I might just get an external cooler for it or use one of my own.

Reference cooler, Blower fans tempt to be loud but the 290's is the loudest of them all, i never heard any peeps harping about nVidia reference coolers being loud or not efficient, but it would be great putting a water block on it, or any other after market cooler, it will be around 20~28C° cooler

The cooler is pretty loud, you said its MSI's.

I would buy a Kraken G10 and use a Corsair H55 with a SP fan (not running at max speed though).
