Laptop whine sound I didnt notice before

I recently bought an Acer Nitro 5 (AMD Ryzen 5, 3060 RTX, 32gb ram) and im not sure if this high pitch sound was always there, the computer runs great and runs games even on high end settings just fine. Im brand new to the pc world and i want to be sure the high pitch frequency that seems to synch up to my fans is not a problem.

Coil whine is harmless, just annoying.

My gaming laptop is also quite a whiny baby. If it's in standby, it whines all the time and at low loads, it's quite noticeable. Under load though, I can't hear anything. Even if I hold my ear up to it and the fans are still wramping up I can't hear any whine under load

I have a fanless cromebook that has (Only what I can assume) coil whine. You can hear it if ya rlly listen. (Could also be crummy circuitry but sounds a lot like coil whine as it changes if your doing different things.
