No Screen and Keyboard when GPU is plugged in

Hello!

I bought a new GPU and somehow I do not get any screen signal and my koardboard does not work when it's plugged in.

I tried to reset bios. Then installed windows 11 and updated bios and still it does not work.

 

GPU Gigabyte 3070Ti

CPU Intel i7 9700k

PSU Seasonic 650W

MB MSI Z390 A Pro

What GPU were you using before?

 

Are you using sperate PCI-E power connectors, rather than a daisy-chain cable?

 

Also, do any of the "EZ Debug" LEDs light up?

I had a 2080 before.

Using a daisy chain cable.

EZ Debug is lighting.
