Steam servers down?!

Well maybe not that dramatic but it seems like the servers of Steam/Valve Software are down at this present time.

Steam needs to clean up their infrastructure mess, they have some sort of problem almost every single day (usually multiple problems per day) it's getting beyond irritating at this point.
