Which psu and motherboard do you have?

Also the image links you sent don't work.

I have found a deal on FB marketplace $100 for mobo case CPU and aio and everything else I need I know the mobo is the problem because it doesn't have the connector going to resell the things I don't need and there is enough there to make all the money back

Hi, I am changing PSUs in a pc and it does not have the right plugins. I need to find a way to make this pc turn on but for that I need my gpu rx 570 and it needs power but I can't use the old PSU to do that

Dont use cables from one psu on another, the pins can have different layouts and damage things. Luckily it doesnt let you in this case.

Your new psu should come with its own cables, use those.

Which dell one? Dell often uses non standard psu. Sometimes you can use an adapter, but normally its best to stick with the dell psu.

The only reason I'm trying to switch them out in the first place is because the CPU in the computer does not have any grade graphics so I need to get a power supply in there along with a graphics card so I can even put a display on the screen

Oh God, the motherboard and old DELL power supply uses DELL's proprietary E-waste connections.

A "standard" ATX power supply won't work.

You need to use a compatible DELL specific power supply.

You can also look for some Alibaba / eBay janky adapters, I'm can't comment on those.

What is the PC specs?

CPU? RAM?

It might be better to just yank the core components out, and transplant it into a new ATX compliant motherboard + case.

You should be able to add a gpu easily. That psu can handle something like a 1650 with no issues.

I'm not buying a new GPU and on top of that it literally only has the power connectors on the PSU there is no pcie there is nothing besides the things it requires to turn on

How do you know the psu is the issue? The motherboard could also cause it not to turn on.

Id get anouther one of those dell psus from ebay.

So it's not a bad combo of parts.

Unless you are willing to get a new motherboard + case, you don't really have an option....

Other then get a higher rating compatible DELL power supply with the required PCI-E connection for the RX-570

The 'Dell PCB045" model came back with a 290W PSU.

So I'm assuming the problem is, OP needed a higher output rating PSU with a PCI-E 6-pin / 8-pin connection.

I'm pretty sure that dinky little PSU only has connectors for motherboard / CPU / SATA.
