Dual monitor @144Hz from motherboard (B550M DS3H)

pescaru

Hello,

Given the following specs:

-> Gigabyte B550M DS3H (1x HDMI, 1x DVI-D)

-> Ryzen 7 5700G

-> 2x Dell S2419HGF (@144Hz)

I tried connecting the motherboard to monitors like this:

Mobo HDMI -> Monitor HDMI

Mobo DVI-D -> Monitor HDMI (with a DVI-D to HDMI cable)

So far, I get video output to both monitors, which is perfect. But, I can't set them both to 144Hz. I can only set, arbitrary, one of them to 144Hz. Trying to set the other Hz will only show me max 60Hz.

If someone can help me with some explanation or solutions to have both monitors running at 144Hz, I would be thankfull.

Thanks,

pescaru

Integrated Graphics Processor:

  1. 1 x DVI-D port, supporting a maximum resolution of 1920x1200@60 Hz
    * The DVI-D port does not support D-Sub connection by adapter.
  2. 1 x HDMI port, supporting a maximum resolution of 4096x2160@60 Hz
    * Support for HDMI 2.1 version, HDCP 2.3, and HDR.

The DVI-D is only single link and as such only does 60Hz.
