ASUS MB 00 code loads to bios

Hey there.

 

just installed a new GPU into my custom liquid loop. The MB boots and load to bios and then goes to 00.

 

I can F2 to bios tho. Displays are working so I assume the GPU is fine. What’s truly bizarre is the cpu information is all there! Temps and all. I would have assumed this was a fried CPU. I have tried resetting the MB and removing the CMOS battery. Admittedly about to scream ha. The idea of breaking down this entire loop is…oof. 
 

what do you think? Fried CPU somehow? That wouldn’t make sense given the fact that it’s communicating with bios? MB dead somehow? The connections are all in place on the PSU. No idea what to try now.
