windows C drive constantly filling up with corrupted data, and it seems windows cannot fix this issue

my main drive is filling up with data that is not showing up anywhere i search, and its growing each time i turn on the pc. is there any tools i can use to help find these corrupted files and get rid of them? i really don't want to reinstall windows again....

 

and to specify they are literally not visible through any windows search, when you highlight all files including hidden files it shows it taking up this much space image.png.8048d6fc4489e66951d3950bfc593ea5.png


but when you look at it from this pc it shows like this

OK WELP i downloaded windirstat and found something XD, turns out my mysql server is just outright logdumping SO much garbage its taken up 686 gigs, any idea how to make this stop?image.thumb.png.9a3ae8bcbc65085d15198dc270a30fa9.png
