ATM I own hardwares as following

Fractal design arc midi case

Gtx 770 4gb

I5 4670k

G1 sniper z87

Silverstone strider 850 watt psu

I have not setup it up yet due to I can't decide on getting which of ram ,

So my question is , which is more important ? The MHz or the total capacity of the ram ?

Is necessary it get them as kits , and will incompatibility issues or bottlenecking arise If I were to get 1600 MHz x 2+ 1866 MHz x2

Are corsair worth the premium price?

And does the c9 or c10 mean anything major ?

With RAM the sweet spot is 1600Mhz to 1866Mhz I find 1866Mhz a little better. If you get a 2x1600 and a 2x1866 you will only be able to run the RAM at 1600. So it's usless. CL latency isn't going to make a huge difference to you. I'd just suggest getting any 2x4GB or 2x8GB 1600 or 1866 kit that you think looks nice.

better to go with closer latency (C9) over MHz because its cheaper, and performs better in most daily applications

also capacity is something you should not get less than 8GB, maybe 16 since its pretty cheap

yes there are compatibility issues with mixing and matching ram kits so it is recommended to buy a dual or quad channel set

if you want upgradeability for the future get a 2 dimm kit so you can add 2 more in the future, keeping in mind it needs to be the exact same brand and model type, speed, etc...

2000+ MHz worth to spend on if only for gaming ?

No. Ram speeds matter when you're using an APU. However, you're using a graphics card so the speed doesn't really matter.

Regarding your original post:

The speed of ram doesn't make much if any difference in most cases. The capacity of ram makes a huge difference if you don't have enough and generally very little if you do.

Kits are sticks of ram tested to work together. If you don't get kits, there's no guarantee it would work--it probably would if you get similar or identical sticks though. You need to run the sticks at the same settings to have them work at all.

Brand of ram doesn't really matter. Ram is ram.

CL is Cas Latency--basically lag. The lower, the better. CL9 is the norm. For most cases, it won't affect performance much if at all.
