Displays blink once on every logon (RTX3060)

So I don't know what feature or adjustment causes this or its just the nature of nvidia drivers but every time my 3 monitors blink once on logon, one of them taking longer and theres one instance when it never came back and just stayed black.

Is theres something wrong with the drivers or some setting I need to tweak? Or its just normal..
