2080ti fan randomly ramping up to max RPM for a few seconds and then slowing down again.

Max i've seen the temps are about 76°C. Happens when the temp reaches a certain number, but from what i can tell that certain number changes. This seems to override custom fans curves as well.

 

Any help is much appreciate. Let me know if there's any more information you need to know (probably missed off something obvious)
