Best cooling for my system

I have an and Ryzen 5600g over clocked and stable at 4.7 ghz and when playing for an extended time it will get as hot as 70c and my gpu only gets up to 60 on the high side. I’m running a thermaltake 240 aio. Is this normal or am I just pushing the cpu to hard and really need to back it off. I’m new to this I am learning.

That's fine, why do you think it may be an issue ?

Chips are safe below at least 85 to 90C

Mid 70s is pretty normal for a 5600G, at stock they'll get upto the high 80s in multi core workloads. As long as temps stay below ~90C, I wouldn't worry about them.

^^^ AMD says the max operating temp is 95C. You are manually overclocking (so pulling more current than rated) so you want to stay a good margin below that, which you are. So 0 worries for the chip as far as temp is concerned.
